My Order has not Arrived! What shall I Do?
Please be patient - it will arrive. Shipping from the warehouse overseas will take 12-20 business days until your product will arrive. Every order is trackable after 5 business days after shipping.IMPORTANT:
Make 100% sure your address is correct when you order If your address is not correct or is missing a part, we cannot do a refund as it will be returned to the warehouse overseas or to our business address.
We cannot do anything about it when the shipping process has already started.
How Long will it Take for my Order to Arrive?
Your order will be processed the same day (Mo-Fr) and shipped within 1-5 business days. Shipping time will vary based on your location, as we can't control the speed.
The arrival time is between
- 12-20 business days for E-Packet shipments, and
- 3-12 business days for items shipped from the USA.

Why are you Giving Away Free Items?
All of our free items are promotional products. Many customers think it's too good to be true and there must be a catch. The only catch is that the shippinga and handling will be at your cost.

Which Days do you Ship?
Our warehouse ships orders from Monday - Friday 9-7pm EST excluding weekends and holidays.
Where Do you Ship From?
We ship directly from the manufacturer (United States, China, United Kingdom, New Zealand). We have multiple fulfillment centers. If you ordered multiple items please note that they may arrive separately - that means in separate packages.
Do you Ship Internationally?
Yes, depending on the product we also ship internationally. Please read the product description. It is mentioned where the product will be shipped.
How do I Track my Order?
Once you have made your purchase, please allow 1-5 business days for processing before you receive the tracking information.
You can check the status of your order at any time from the "Order Confirmation" email that is sent to you. Therefor it is important to have your email address. We don't send out order confirmations via text messages.
Every order comes with a tracking number. If you cannot find the tracking number we can send it to you.

Wrong Address or Variant
If you entered the wrong information for your order, please contact us at patrioticsource @ gmail.com as soon as possible. We can't guarantee anything in this case as in most cases our orders are processed immediately after the purchase.
What is your Return Policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. - See our return policy here -
Do your Products Come With A Warranty?
All of our products are final, we do not offer any warranty depending on a certain products. Please read the description of the product if it offers warranty.

We use the Shopify e-commerce solution which is one of the safest e-commerce options worldwide.
