Shipping Policies

It takes normally 1-5 business days to process the orders until they are shipped. 

Due to factors that often affect shipments, such as holidays, customs for shipping from overseas, and weather delays, we can only offer an approximate estimate of shipping times.

USPS First Class
We ship the USA, Blue line, Trump 2020 and MAGA flag with USPS First class. This shipment does not contain a tracking number because USPS does not provide one.

From USPS: The United States Postal Services reports that as of 
January 2018, it takes an average of 1-3 days for First-Class Mail to arrive at its destination. Priority Mail likewise takes 1-3 days. USPS only includes the time a package stays in transit in their estimations.

My Order has not Arrived! What Shall I Do?

Please be patient -  it will arrive. Shipping from the warehouse overseas will take 12-20 business days until your product will arrive. Every order is trackable after 5 business days after shipping. 

IMPORTANT: 
Make 100% sure your address is correct when you order If your address is not correct or is missing a part, we cannot do a refund as it will be returned to the warehouse overseas or to our business address.
We cannot do anything about it when the shipping process has already started.

How Long will it Take for my Order to Arrive?

Your order  will be processed the same day (Mo-Fr) and shipped within 1-5 business days. Shipping time will vary based on your location, as we can't control the speed. 
The arrival time is between 
- 12-20 business days for E-Packet shipments, and
- 3-12 business days for items shipped from the USA.

Which Days do you Ship?

Our warehouse ships orders from Monday - Friday 9-7pm EST excluding weekends and holidays. 

Where Do you Ship From?

We ship directly from the manufacturer (United States, China, United Kingdom, New Zealand). We have multiple fulfillment centers. If you ordered multiple items please note that they may arrive separately - that means in separate packages.

Do you Ship Internationally? 

Yes, depending on the product we also ship internationally. Please read the product description. It is mentioned where the product will be shipped.


How
 do I Track my Order? 

Once you have made your purchase, please allow 1-5 business days for processing before you receive the tracking information.

You can check the status of your order at any time from the "Order Confirmation" email that is sent to you. Therefor it is important to have your email address. We don't send out order confirmations via text messages.

Every order comes with a tracking number. If you cannot find the tracking number we can send it to you.

Undeliverable Packages & Taxes/Custom Fees

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information.

Patriotic Source is not responsible for destination country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. We collect tax in our location state. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.
